Our quality chocolates

To ensure a safe delivery and safe storage for your chocolates:

• Once your chocolates are shipped, you will receive a UPS notification via email to track your order.
• Chocolate are shipped within 5 business days of your order. However, we may adjust the date to avoid the package sitting on a delivery truck over the weekend or arriving on extremely hot days.
• We highly recommend having your chocolates shipped to a business address, as business packages are usually dropped off before residential packages. This will limit the time your chocolates sit in a warm delivery truck.
• It is very important that someone is at your shipping address to meet the UPS driver for the arrival of your chocolates. An adult signature is required - Adult must be at least 21 years of age. We are not responsible for melted chocolates that are not signed for on the first attempt.
• Once your chocolates have arrived, immediately place them in a cool, dry place.
• If you are storing your chocolates for use at a later date, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, but not refrigerated.
• We use heat-safe shipping boxes and materials to keep your chocolate’s quality intact, following the guidelines above will help ensure the highest quality during warmer days.
